3、 TD series belt conveyor basic structure:
1. Drive part: it is a motor which is installed on the base welded by section steel coupling -->Reducer --- reducer coupling. According to the layout requirements: there are two kinds of drive device: left mounted and right mounted. In addition, the company is equipped with oil cooled electric roller with power of 1.5KW to 13kw and speed of 0.80, 1.0 and 1.25. 2. Rolling part: it can be divided into two categories: driving drum and changing drum. 3. Idler part: groove shape, parallel, centering and buffer idler, etc. 4. Cleaning part: Spring sweeper and empty section cleaner. 5. Unloading part: divided into fixed plough type unloader and electric unloader. 6. Brake part: there are belt backstop and roller backstop. 7. Accessories: in cover, guide groove, funnel, etc.
TD series working belt conveyor features:
DT Ⅱ, TD75 belt conveyor according to its support structure has two kinds of fixed mobile: according to the belt material, there are belt, plastic belt and steel core belt. The working environment temperature of the conveyor is generally between - 10oC and + 40oC, and the material temperature is required not to exceed 70oC; the heat-resistant rubber belt can transport high-temperature materials below 120oc. When the material temperature is higher, the belt conveyor should not be used. When conveying materials with acid and alkaline oil substances and organic solvents, rubber belt type plastic belt with oil resistance and acid and alkali resistance should be used. The belt width of belt conveyor can be divided into 500, 650, 800, 1000, 1200 and 1400 mm. Users can determine the layout of belt conveyor, the width of belt, the number of canvas layers and the thickness of belt by calculation according to the factors such as conveying length, material type, bulk density, conveying capacity and conveying length.
